So, a couple of days ago we celebrated M’s birthday, as such, we felt it necessary that a trip back to Fogo Gaucho Churrascaria was warranted, and what a night i tell you.
Over 15 different cuts of bbq meat, 20 different types of salads, exquisite selection of wines and a most perfect ambiance, guaranteed a night of lively conversation, celebration of birth, laughter, and believe me, VERY full stomachs lol
A Brazilian restaurant,Fogo Gaucho has no a la carte menu, instead, you pay a set fee and eat as much as you like for as long as you fancy. A generous buffet of little vegetarian bites, salads, dips and tasty tapas fills your plate. Then the real food bonanza starts. Waiters will continuously visit your table with fresh meat offerings from the kitchen – sirloin steak, lamb chops, garlic sausages and even crocodile is cut at your leisure.
The food at Fogo Gaucho is delicious with every piece of meat tasting fresh and well cooked. The surroundings are tasteful and the atmosphere lively. Overall the restaurant ranks among the very best offerings in Nairobi with plenty of yummy value for money in a setting that can accommodate everything from a casual night out or a happening party of friends to a serious working dinner tucked away in one of the quieter corners.
Pricewise Fogo Gaucho is in the higher end of Nairobi restaurants, but unlike other such places you are guaranteed to leave the establishment with a full tummy and happy heart. Your every need is catered to by attentive waiters and the bill is not influenced by the number of servings you choose to have, only the drinks are extra.
For M’s birthday party the restaurant arranged a special cake, birthday songs and even a decorated congratulatory plate. In this way Fogo Gaucho put that little extra spice on a nice night out for a special occasion and scored those extra plus points that makes them stand out above the fray of restaurants.
Thanks for the support and remember y’all, #LoveLife
