This Little Gem – Finese

April 8, 2016 by Annette

So, as many of you know, i’m not a food-court-meal type of person. I find food courts, well, sorry if i offend anyone, overpriced and bland.

But recently on a short jaunt to Garden City, the hunger pangs hit and i thought, what the hell, imma buy me some lunch. Best decision ever! And the best fish curry i’ve had in a long time.

This curry (mine was extra spicy) hit all the right spots, well portioned, visually appealing (not so much presentation), and most importantly, the flavours were on point. The food is absolutely authentic and healthy, not the usual fare submerged in loads of oil.

I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised with their menu, which was full of intriguing entrees and mouthwatering mains. And if Indian food isn’t your thing, try their Swahili menu, which is equally as good.

If Indian food whets your appetite, you need to give Finese- Authentic Indian and Swahili Cuisines, a whirl.
